Paul Marsh – Chair

Paul Marsh commenced as the Chief Executive Officer of the AFL Players’ Association in September 2014. Previously, Paul was the CEO of the Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) since July 2005, after previously holding the position of Manager - Member Services and Operations from October 2001. Prior to that he was the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Port Adelaide Football Club for over four years, where he was responsible for managing the sponsorship, events and merchandise departments. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is part way through a Master of Business Administration. Paul has been a director of Ladder since December 2014.

Peter Gordon

Peter is the current President and Chairman of the Western Bulldogs Football Club and a director of Gordon Legal. Peter was a lawyer at Slater & Gordon for 30 years, made a partner of the firm in 1989 and Senior Partner in 1995. Peter is also a member of VicHealth's board, and was the inaugural Chair of Victoria Walks. Peter has been a director of Ladder since January 2015.

Sam Graham

Sam is the CEO of AFL NSW, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and is a qualified chartered accountant. Sam commenced as a graduate at KPMG in 1997, in KPMG’s corporate recovery division moving in 2001 to a role in strategic finance with Centrica plc, based in London. After a contract at Fosters Group in Melbourne in 2005, Sam joined the AFL in September of that year as Strategic Planner. In June 2011 he was appointed Manager – Strategy, and in September 2011 was appointed Manager – Club Services. Sam was appointed to his current role of General Manager, Strategy & Club Services in May 2013. Sam has been a director of Ladder since June 2011.

Elizabeth Lukin

Elizabeth is recognised as one of Australia’s leading issues management specialists, providing advice to Boards, CEOs and executives across a range of industries. As the Australian Football League’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Communications and member of the Executive, she is responsible for leading the corporate communications function to ensure effective integrated stakeholder and reputational management. Prior to joining the AFL, Elizabeth built one of Australia’s leading communications and research businesses, Essential Media Communications. As EMC Director, she led some of Australia’s highest profile behaviour change campaigns, and was responsible for the issues and crisis management practice. Elizabeth has been a director of Ladder since August 2015.

Brad Sewell

Brad completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University in 2010 and is on track to complete his Masters of Business at Monash University in 2016. He finished his 12 year football career with the Hawthorn Football Club in 2014 as a 200 game player having won 2 Premierships and a Best and Fairest award. Brad was a member of the AFL Players Association board for 6 years. He also sat on the Board for Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation for 2 years. Brad was appointed to his current role of Ladder Strategic Partnerships Manager at the beginning of 2016, the same time he was appointed as a Director.
